Our core program areas aim to develop sustainable livelihood for the most disadvantaged people in the community as well as support all people in local communities to live more sustainably.

Our program areas include:

- micro enterprise and community enterprise development.

- employment and training.

We aim to reach startegic goals through our programs and utilise program logic and planning for performance outcomes frameworks in our program design.We evaluate our work by checking aaginst startegic benchmarks as well as utilising 'most significan change' evaluation methods to document qualitative outcomes.
